Rates based on single or double occupancy.

Minimum 3 night stay.

All Rates subject to 12% government tax
Specials cannot be combined.

Check in 4:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am.

For guests arriving or departing outside these times, we will be happy to store your luggage and provide towels. In this way you can head to the beach or pool.

Deposits and Payments

We have six villas, so we are frequently fully booked during the winter high season as well as major holidays. Our policy is that we take a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and the remaining 50% is put through 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

50% refund if you cancel between 14 and 30 days of arrival

0% refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

We do recommend that all visitors consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Please email us at info@harbourclubvillas.com to discuss the option to apply any credits to a future stay.

Exceptions:

Hurricane Cancellation Policy

100% credit provided to reschedule travel due to hurricane approaching, airport closure or flight cancellation.

Christmas and New Year’s holiday period: 7-night minimum stay
